Neke Uno Nike Estates is managed by the community land committee, set up to organise the sale of community land in a transparent, orderly way. We survey each plot, confirm it is free of dispute, and keep clear records so every buyer knows exactly what they are getting.
Every plot has a survey plan and title document that can be verified with the local land registry before you pay.
Plots are recorded on a single master layout, so no plot is ever sold to more than one buyer.
The committee is made up of recognised community members you can meet in person, not an anonymous office.
Buying land with us follows four clear steps, with someone from the committee guiding you at every stage.
Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form to tell us the size and budget you have in mind. We share available plots and prices.
We book a date for you to walk the estate and see your chosen plot in person, with a committee member on ground to answer questions.
Pay in full or choose an installment plan. All payments are made into the official community account and receipted immediately.
Once payment is complete, we prepare and hand over your Contract of Sale, Survey Plan, and Deed of Assignment.
"I was skeptical about buying land from a distance, but the committee sent someone to walk the plot with my brother on video call before I paid anything."
"The payment plan meant I could pay over four months instead of one lump sum. The documentation came exactly as promised."
"What sold me was being able to meet the land committee members in person during my site visit, not just a phone voice."
You receive a Contract of Sale, a Survey Plan prepared by a registered surveyor, and a Deed of Assignment. Copies are also kept with the community land registry for future verification.
Both options are available. You can pay in full at the point of purchase, or spread payment over an agreed number of months. Your plot is reserved once the first installment is made.
Yes. We encourage every buyer to carry out an independent search at the land registry before final payment. Our team can guide you through this process.
A site visit is strongly recommended and can be arranged at short notice. If you are buying from outside the state or country, we can arrange a video walkthrough instead.
Your Deed of Assignment gives you the right to resell. We recommend notifying the committee so your change of ownership is updated in the community land records.
